Anjol - Maxima


The Axia Maxima provides the precision of servo motor - ball screw for close/ open function and the power of hydraulics thru servo valve – accumulator combination for injection function giving rise to ultimate present day moulding technology.


The machine has servo motor – ball screw combination for close, open functions. Clamping function is accomplished hydraulically along with the assistance of ball screw to give the best power and speed performance. This combination along with advance hydraulic circuit ensures low power consumption and negligible power wastage during clamping. Our design of double & triple heavy duty hydraulic seals ensures fail proof positive locking.


The injection unit is designed with twin injection cylinder and refilled with rugged and heavy servo motor. Screw barrel is nitrated to proper hardness to ensure long service life for applications with multiple polymers.


An added feature unique to this machine is the presence of accumulator and servo valve to control the accumulator flow. Presence of accumulator & servo valve for injection function enables the machine to reach high injection rate with precise injection and holding positions parameters. The In - line and return line oil filters ensures contamination free oil achieving filtration of up to 10 microns which is necessary for servo valve operations.


Maxima has features suitable exclusively to the engineering or packaging industry where moulding demands wall thickness of minimum 0.4 or 0.5 mm at a cycle time of approximately 5 seconds.
